Leadership Skills Training

AIDT’s Leadership Skills classes focus on skills that all leaders need to be effective. Through a partnership with the Calhoun County EDC and the Calhoun County Area Chamber & Visitors Center, local businesses can access Leadership Skills 1, 2, and 3 training classes. Development training is available for any business or industry employees ready for or already in leadership roles.

Please note Leadership Skills 1 is the recommended first, followed by Leadership Skills 2, and ending with Leadership Skills 3. Certification tests are given after each class.

Each class has its own registration process and will require a small fee to cover lunch/breaks on training days. Classes may be rescheduled or canceled due to low enrollment, illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
