McClellan Speculative Building
The McClellan Speculative Building is 30,000 Square Feet and is pad-ready to expand to 60,000 Square Feet. The building is on roughly 11 acres but is part of a larger parcel 57 acres in size. The site the building is located on is Alabama Advantage Site designated. Contains 57 acres +/- in historic Fort McClellan with beautiful views of the Appalachian foothills.
The building and surrounding site are located within the New Market Tax Credit and Opportunity Zone areas.

Alabama Industrial Development Training Program (AIDT)
AIDT is specifically designed for new and expanding businesses in Alabama to train workers to meet upgraded job requirements as a result of new technologies or capital investments.
Sales Tax Abatement
This abatement can be used on the purchase of construction materials.
Ad Valorem Tax Abatement
Allows for an abatement of the non-educational portion of a company's real and personal ad valorem taxes.
Job Tax Credit
Potential tax and investment credit for qualifying business projects that create new jobs.
Corporate Income Tax
Permits companies to utilize an annual corporate income tax credit to assist in offsetting capital investments.
Use Tax Abatement
This abatement is available for the purchase of manufacturing or production equipment.
Industrial Access Road Grant
This grant can be used for the development of road infrastructure for new and expanding industrial projects.
AL State Site Preparation Grant
This grant program may be utilized by new and expanding companies to offset the costs of development.
